Global Seafarers Welfare Organization is a registered non-profit organization established to assist seafarers and shipping companies without any commercial motto but accepts donations and freewill gifts for use of charity and purpose according to the objectives of the organization.

• The Global Cadetship Program is designed to assist freshers in getting information about job openings and to offer sponsorship letters for onboard training. It provides information about Maritime Institutes in India and abroad and assists interested students in getting information about admission into various maritime academies in India and abroad.

• All content on the Website and Job Portal, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Global Seafarers Welfare Organization.

Job Postings and Applications

• Job postings on the Job Portal are subject to change without notice.

• Global Seafarers Welfare Organization is a non-profit organization committed to providing job opening information to its registered members and to providing job seekers' data to potential registered employers. Global Seafarers Welfare Organization doesn't give any guarantee to both parties (job seekers and potential employers). It works as a bridge between both parties with a good motto to help job seekers and employers. Global Seafarers Welfare Organization or its staff doesn't offer any jobs directly or indirectly to its members who are looking for employment opportunities. It provides only access to job seekers to see employment advertisements posted by RPSL Agents and access to the interested seafarers' database to Registered RPSL Agencies. Global Seafarers Welfare Organization is not connected to any commercial matters between registered seafarers and registered RPSL Agencies. It is the sole risk and responsibility of the Registered Seafarers to contact registered RPSL agencies for employment offers.
